1. Use of Services

1.2 Our services are provided for informational and medical consultation purposes only. We do not guarantee FMLA approvals, and all medical decisions are at the discretion of licensed professionals.

1.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and consultation process.

2. Telemedicine Services

2.1 By using our services, you consent to receive medical consultations via telemedicine. You acknowledge that telemedicine involves electronic communication and may have certain limitations compared to in-person consultations.

2.2 We are not responsible for any third-party technical issues that may affect telemedicine consultations.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 All fees for services are disclosed before payment. By making a payment, you agree to the listed charges.

3.2 Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.

4. Express Consent for Automated Communications

4.1 JustFMLA.com provides online telehealth services to meet Family Medical Leave Act requirements for employees in the travel and transportation industries. Upon opting in, users will receive appointment reminders and updates regarding the status of their FMLA paperwork.

4.2 You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text ‘STOP’ to the shortcode. Upon sending ‘STOP,’ we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4.3 If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@justfmla.com or 1-833-324-8610.
 
4.4 Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
 
4.5 As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
